Terms of service

Terms of service

KireiMart (kireimart.shop) buys Japanese drugstore products on behalf of customers and ships them from Japan to Mongolia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

• Products: all items are genuine, bought new from Japanese stores, in their original Japanese packaging. Ingredient lists and instructions are in Japanese; product descriptions on this site are for guidance.
• Prices: prices and shipping are shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already paid.
• Availability: if an item is sold out in Japan after you order, we will tell you and refund that item.
• Use: cosmetics and supplements are for personal use. Check ingredients for allergies and consult a doctor if you are pregnant, taking medication or have a health condition. Supplements are not medicines.
• Liability: our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
• Returns and shipping: see our Refund policy and Shipping policy.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
