Refund policy

Returns and refunds

Every order is bought new in Japan and shipped internationally by EMS, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged, wrong or missing items: contact us within 7 days of delivery at kireimart.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the parcel and items. We will send a replacement or refund the item, including its share of shipping.

Cancellations: you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After we have bought or shipped your items, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Undelivered parcels: if a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, it was refused, or it was not collected, we refund the item price minus the original and return shipping costs.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
