Shipping & Delivery

Every order is packed in Japan and sent to Mongolia by Japan Post EMS, a tracked international express service.

How it works

  1. You place your order and pay online.
  2. We buy and pack your products in Japan.
  3. We send the parcel by EMS and email you the tracking number.
  4. The parcel is delivered to the address you gave at checkout.

Delivery time

We buy your products and ship them within 3–5 business days of your order. EMS then usually reaches Mongolia in about one week. Delays can happen at customs or during holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, before you pay.

Customs

Personal parcels worth less than 1,000,000₮ generally enter Mongolia without customs duty. Above that amount, Mongolian customs may charge duty and VAT, which the receiver pays. Keep each order under 1,000,000₮ to avoid this.
