Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders ship from Japan to Mongolia by Japan Post EMS, with a tracking number.

• Processing: we buy your items new in Japan and ship them within 3–5 business days of your order.
• Delivery: EMS usually reaches Mongolia within about 1 week of dispatch. Delays can happen at customs or during holidays.
• Shipping cost: calculated by parcel weight and shown at checkout before you pay. Ordering several items together lowers the shipping cost per item.
• Customs: personal parcels under 1,000,000₮ are usually duty-free. If Mongolian customs charges any duty or tax, the recipient pays it.
• Address: please enter your full address and a phone number that works in Mongolia. We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address.
