Are your products genuine?

Yes. We buy every product new from Japanese stores, and it arrives in its original Japanese packaging.

Are the instructions in Japanese?

The packaging is in Japanese. Product descriptions are available in your selected language. You can contact us with questions.

How long does delivery take?

See our Shipping & Delivery page. You get a tracking number for every order.

Will I pay customs?

Orders under 1,000,000₮ generally do not pay customs duty. Larger orders may be charged duty and VAT by Mongolian customs.

How do I pay?

You pay online at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency for your selected country or region.

Can I ask for a product that isn't on the site?

Yes. Send us the product name or a photo through the Contact page, and we'll check the price for you.
